RETURNS:

Need to return something? Foxcroft makes it simple — and free! If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to our warehouse for a refund.

Foxcroft will accept merchandise in its original condition (unworn and unwashed with tags attached) that was purchased from the FoxcroftCollection.com website with a valid receipt within 30 days of purchase, unless defective.

To process your return properly, include your packing slip and a reason for returning your items. If you do not have your packing slip, please provide the following information with your return: name, billing address, email address and phone number and return reason in the shipment.

Please pack and seal your parcel or box securely, use the original packaging and affix the printed UPS return shipping label. Return packages are sent via UPS Ground and can be dropped off at UPS  Office locations. We do not accept COD.

If you do not have the preprinted UPS Label & Packing List that was included in your package, please contact Customer Care at 1.855.831.1336 (toll free).

All returns are processed within 7-10 business days. You will be notified via email once your approved return has been received, inspected and processed.

Credits for returns within 30 days of purchase will be issued back to the original form of payment and should appear on your bank account statement within 1 cycle. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the refund information from Foxcroft.

Foxcroft items purchased at https://www.foxcroftcollection.com/ cannot be returned or exchanged at any other participating retail store or online store that offers Foxcroft merchandise. We cannot accept returns on items that were not purchased at FoxcroftCollection.com.

Foxcroft Items listed within our clearance and final sale collections that are not returnable will display as such below the add to cart button:

"FINAL SALE ITEM - NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS & EXCHANGES: Please note that all final sale items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable."
