Need to return something? Foxcroft makes it simple — and free! If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to our warehouse for a refund.
Foxcroft will accept merchandise in its original condition (unworn and unwashed with tags attached) that was purchased from the FoxcroftCollection.com website with a valid receipt within 30 days of purchase, unless defective.
To process your return properly, you MUST include a completed Return Merchandise Form with your purchase order number (PO#) and a reason for returning your items. If you do not have your purchase order number, please provide the following information with your return: name, billing address, email address and phone number.
Please pack and seal your parcel or box securely, use the original packaging and affix the printed FedEx return shipping label. Return packages are sent via FedEx Ground and can be dropped off at the USPS as well as at staffed FedEx and FedEx Office locations. We do not accept COD.

All returns are processed within 7-10 business days. You will be notified via email once your approved return has been received, inspected and processed.
Credits for returns within 30 days of purchase will be issued back to the original form of payment and should appear on your bank account statement within 1-2 billing cycles. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the refund information from Foxcroft.
Foxcroft items purchased at http://www.foxcroftcollection.com/ cannot be returned or exchanged at any other participating retail store or online store that offers Foxcroft merchandise. We cannot accept returns on items that were not purchased at FoxcroftCollection.com.
